In just a little bit, Gavin will be hooked up to the pump and infused with Gammagard…
This has become pretty routine for us anymore.
Hopefully, everything will go smoothly once again and Gavin will be done by mid morning. He will then sleep through most of the day as new recovers.
I’ll let you know how it goes…

I’m just curious, but is it possible to do the infusions at night? If he naps afterward, couldn’t you just make it nighttime sleep?
Great question Shelby. The reason we do it this way is because he also has serious autonomic dysfunction as well. This gives his body 24 hours to recover..
I suppose it means your are also awake to monitor him more closely.
That would be correct….. No rest for the weary.. 🙁
