HELP YOUR KIDS EAT HEALTHIER: Healthy Munchy – Lunchbox Friendly Fruit Crispies

Companies are sending me stuff to try out all the time.  I get shipments several times a week and I try to focus on the ones that could really benefit my readers.

With that in mind,  check out Healthy Munchy.

I received some Healthy Munchy  samples last week and I wanted to tell you all about how they can help your kids eat healthier.

Healthy Munchy has partnered with Nickelodeon to bring you the popular kids cartoon characters Dora the Explorer and Spongebob Squarepants.

If your kids are anything like mine, they are drawn to snacks with familiar characters on the packaging.  It makes things more fun for them.

Healthy Munchy snacks are made from nothing but fresh, in season Fuji apples, pineapples or bananas.

They are freeze-dried in a way that removes all moisture but retains the nutrients and flavor.

There are absolutely no additives and one package of Fuji apple flavor crispies, contain the equivalent of 2.2 apples.

The fruit crispies make great additions to a school lunchbox and healthier ones at that.

While I don’t personally have sensory issues,  these seem like they would be very sensory friendly because they have a crunchy texture that my kids with sensory issues seem to really benefit from.

As for the health facts and detailed information about these snacks, please see the fact sheets below.

Elliott was my taste tester on this one and he really liked them all, although he did prefer the pineapple ones.

Emmett’s not trying anything new at the moment and Gavin will have some later, he says. 😁

All the information you need to purchase some for your kids, is in the fact sheet above or simply keep reading.

My goal is to get me kids to eat healthier and that’s very difficult when sensory issues are in play but these just might be the ticket.

Hope this helps someone out…

They can be ordered online at:
