(Poll) Does your child with #Autism struggle with the holiday’s?

It’s that time of year again and for many Autism families, it can be extremely challenging. It’s not that we inherently hate the holidays but it’s hard to look forward to them when we know how difficult it’s going to be for our kids with Autism.

All the excitement, crowds, gatherings, anticipation, food, smells, lights and noise can quickly lead to overstimulation.

We all know where overstimulation inevitably leads to. That’s right, Meltdown City.

All of the above is true for many Autism families but there are plenty of you out there who don’t face the same challenges. I’m curious how many Autism families struggle with the holiday’s vs how many don’t. ☺

Please take a second, answer the poll and click the share button above.

One thing at a time.. likely you could focus on the other things first and put off the neuropsych testing for a little while.. Its alot of information at once, but you are in expert hands with this doctor and he is getting to the bottom of it. You will find answers for Gavin. Just be patient.
