    Dealing with the bad days

As a parent, we have to deal with lots of things. One of the things that can be tricky is dealing with the bad days...

How do you manage the really bad days?

Coming here I think I have it easy in comparison. I only have 2 kids, one daughter just being diagnosed at 10 yrs old. But she's the same kid and neither of them are easy. Before I freak out (too much, knowing it doesn't help) I try to plan what could happen for the rest of the day and work backwards from bedtime, taking the path of least resistance!
