I’m at the backend of a really rough week

All the boys that go to school, are currently at school and that’s a good thing. I wasn’t sure that Emmett was going to make it to school because he was running a fever again last night.

I have a few errands to run today, kids to get packed up and one IVIG infusion to preform,  all before 3pm. After 3pm this afternoon, the boys will be on their way to their Mother’s house to have their bimonthly, overnight visit.  This is really the only break I ever get and while these visits have been going much better, they still don’t always work out.  That’s why  I stick close to home while the boys are gone..

Anyway, after the boys leave, I will be going walking, assuming the weather holds out and I think it’s supposed to.  I’m really looking forward to that.

I may even go to my parents for dinner… I can always leave if I need to.

The boys all seem excited to go today and I feel good about that because I want them to want to go.. I want them to have fun and spend time with their Mom and her family.  That’s important to me and it’s important for the boys to maintain those connections..

I didn’t sleep well last night and so before I can do anything, I need to close my eyes for a quick nap.

For the last two days, I’ve spent most of the day driving and I’m completely spent.  I have a brief window to grab said nap and so I’m going to take advantage of that… ☺ zzzzzzzz
