By now most of you are aware of Emmett’s painful fever disorder. He’s absolutely miserable right now and so it makes him more difficult to manage and almost impossible to comfort.
The only thing that works at the moment is if I let me play my prized Playstation Vita.
As much as I hate sharing my Vita because I want to keep it free from scratches and misuse, I love Emmett to much to deny him this if it helps to distract him from the pain.
My love for Emmett > A scratch free Playstation Vita 🙂
It’s amazing the things you are willing to sacrifice when you become a parent. It’s even more amazing when you realize just how far you’re willing to go to comfort your child in pain.
