From Man Cold to being full on sick

From Man Cold to being full on sick

It’s official, I’ve moved from Man Cold to being full on sick, most likely a sinus infection. I feel like crap but Lizze is taking really good care of me.  I would be doing the same for her but in this case, she’s working through tremendous amounts of pain to make sure that I take it easy.

I’m hoping to feel better as the day goes on but I see a trip to Aultman North in my future.

I’ll probably need to be on antibiotics to clear up the infection. If I’m lucky, it won’t come down to this.

Anyway, if I’m not around as much, this is why.

here is a few tips that might work. We deal with chronic sinusitis here. mucinex and a glass of water mixed with raw honey and a tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar every few hours breaks down mucus pretty well. sometimes it’s allergies, and claritin seems to help (at least my husband). If you can get to a place that sells homeopathic remedies, there is one for thick nasal discharge/sinus congestion called pulsatilla I use all the time on my youngest. It works very well. Lots of vitamin C and D. No sugar, no dairy, no gluten if you can manage it until symptoms are gone. probiotics or lots of yogurt.
