Looking for a distraction from the pain

My day began way, way too early. The boys were up around 5am again and it was clear that Emmett was in a flare.  He’s got the sores going down his throat and it’s causing him to have a sore throat and a cough.

However, since Emmett isn’t really sick and he was in a good mood, we sent him to school.

Truthfully, even if we wanted to keep him home, he wouldn’t have it.  He wants to go to school and be with his friends and teachers.  This is actually a good thing because this is a distraction from the pain..
