Report cards came in the mail today and while we have already seen them, you haven’t.  When we met with Gavin’s teachers at conferences last week, we weren’t sure what to expect.  Based on Gavin’s apparent struggle with his school work, we were honestly expecting the worst.

While there are clearly some major problems behaviorally, one can’t argue with his grades.

We are so proud of Gavin and have made sure he knows that as well.  Again, this is older news for us but we finally received our copies in the mail and wanted to share the good news.

Great work Gavin.  We are really proud of you.  🙂

On a side note.  The principal personal signs each report card and leaves a message of encouragement.  That’s awesome.  🙂

great job on the report card. looks like the only c is in math. could be the teacher. in my opinion “screw the homework”. thanks for letting me say that.
