I’m not a superstitious person but I’ll freely admit that I’m crossing my fingers this morning.  I’m crossing my fingers that Gavin will be able to handle the trip to Akron Children’s Hospital for his first IVIG Infusion of 2014.

I have of course, said my share of prayers today but there’s a weird feeling of comfort that comes along with crossing ones fingers.

Anyway, we’ll know pretty soon how things are going to go today.

Thankfully, the boys are in a cooperative mood and Lizze has been a big help as far as getting everyone ready this morning.  She will remain at home today, hopefully able to get some rest.  She’s was up all night with hot flashes again so she will be trying to sleep while we’re gone.
