3 miles down the road

I managed to get in another 3 miles tonight.  Between Wednesday and Thursday I did almost 8 miles. I burned almost 2,000 kcal and I’m feeling really good about that. 

It’s not easy to get away anymore but that makes the times that I do,  that much sweeter.

I want to try and walk again today and try and put in another 5 miles. God willing,  everyone will be in a good place this evening, so I can sneak out for about an hour and hit the track again.

This really helps to manage my stress and without it,  I struggle a lot more.

I don’t drink.  I don’t smoke or do drugs.  All I want to do is walk and eventually run again.  I think that’s a pretty good way to cope with things.  Don’t you?
