Surviving the Monday morning #meltdown

This mornings plans include surviving Emmett’s meltdowns and getting the boys off to school.  On the way home from the school, I’m going to meet my Mom at the park and squeeze in about 3 miles.

I definitely need to walk today because I need to burn off all the stress and anxiety built up as a result of Emmett’s ear piercing meltdown.  Walking will put me in a better place to deal with Gavin today….

Speaking of Gavin…… When I get home, I’ll start Gavin’s IVIG Infusion and then eat breakfast.

While I’m gone, Gavin will be in his room and away from Lizze.  This will hopefully keep him from tormenting her.

I really want to make sure that I walk this week because last week didn’t go so well due to inclimate weather.  I want my weight loss back on track ASAP….

I hope your Monday is going well….
