I drink two of these badboys a day….
It’s the “Lost and Tired” smoothie (patent pending) 😉
What’s that you say, you want my super secret recipe? No way, it’s super secret. Don’t give me that face…sigh.. Fine, I’ll tell you… Seriously though I hate veggies so the best way to make sure I get them is to make a smoothie. It works and actually tastes good, it may look like “shit” (Jen that ones for you, your right it does feel good) and let’s be honest it does but it’s good.
So here is my super secret recipe:
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup kale
1/2 cup blueberries
3 medium strawberries
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/4 cup flax meal
1tbs flax oil
3 oz pamagranite (spelling ?) juice/purple grape juice
1 tbs egg whites
Sometimes 1/4 cup plan yogurt
So that’s my secretc recipe. Please only use your new found powers for good….
