It’s been almost 6 monthes since I had to give up walking and running. I have finally decided that I just HAVE to get back on track (no pun intended). My back pain is worse then it ever has been and I’ve put the weight I worked so hard to lose right back on. So this day #4 of walking. I’m going to try to maintain AT LEAST 1.5 miles a day. As I go forward I’ll work my way back up to 5 or 6 miles a day.

I just need to be careful not to do to much to fast so I don’t make anything worse. I’m also going to do back on my whole food diet. I hate veggies but I can do them in a smoothie no problem.

If anyone is interested in joining the Fit4Autism team at Endomondo just click the Fit4Autism page at the top for more details. We only get one chance at life and our kids will need us for as long as we can possibly be here….
