The Lost and Tired family has been on the receiving end of everyone’s thoughts and prayers for many years. It occurred to me that I could find a way to return the favor and also help spread the word for others that could use our collective thoughts and prayers. I thought this might be a good way to give back.

To me, this isn’t specific to any one religion or set of beliefs. Keeping someone in your thoughts doesn’t require a belief in a higher power.

Thank you all for everything you have given my family. I would like to see this be the beginning of a community wide movement. it doesn’t cost anything to simply keep someone in your thoughts or to say a prayer, if you’re so inclined.

I would like to offer my endless thoughts and prayers to the Lost and Tired family. Rob and Lizze, you don’t know it but you already give back to countless people tenfold and more. By your perseverance and bravery, you’re an example who teaches us to never give up and to keep fighting no matter how impossible it might be. I know this because ever since I began reading your blogs, I’m less likely to give in to depression and my health struggles. For these, Rob and Lizze, many, many thanks.
