The nose bleed

Elliott got so upset this morning,  that he gave himself a bloody nose. I don’t know how to help the poor kid.  He’s just really,  really struggling right now.

As soon as records are received by his pediatrician,  we’ll able to start something for his anxiety. Until that time,  it’s gonna be a bumpy ride.

I’m going to spend for one on one time with Elliott and try to bring his anxiety down. I have just way to much to do and since Lizze can’t drive right now,  this is very challenging.

Does Elliot find deep pressure to be calming? If he does, can you take a comforter, or two, or even a blanket, and lay it out on the floor, have him lay on blanket, then wrap him up like a taco or burrito.

@Chloe123 he doesn't like deep pressure. I'm not sure why.

@lostandtired  @Chloe123 Does he like the weighted vest that you have? Or the weighted lap dog or blanket? Maybe is he anxious about the schedule or what is going to happen next? Would a visual schedule help him?
