I realize that it’s the New Year and whatnot, but sweet merciful Jesus, we live in the friggin city. I lost count of all the gun shots I heard in the first 10 minutes of 2013.
It was so bad there was no point in calling the Police and it was so loud it woke Emmett up.
I could see if I lived out in the middle of nowhere but I live in the city. It’s really scary to know that there are that many guns in the immediate area.
In case anyone is wondering, these were gun shots and not fire crackers. There is a difference and Maggie only barks at gun shots. She can tell the difference as well.
2013 really needs to be the year we get out of this house and into a safer neighborhood……
