Today’s Victory: The red mile

No Comments on Today’s Victory: The red mile

Today I was finally able to return to the red track for the first time in 2 weeks. I actually met my Dad at the park and we walked 3+ miles.

It felt so  good to be walking again.

The fact that I could  sneak away for an hour and get in a nice workout was definitely a victory.
