Another night of very little sleep because Emmett John woke up and climbed into bed with us at least twice. I don’t know why he keeps waking up but as I’m sitting here with Emmett on the couch this morning, he’s really stuffy.
I don’t know about your kids but mine don’t cope well with being stuffy or congested.
Tired? Tired doesn’t really begin to explain how I’m feeling at the moment. I seems like I’m going to have to take a nap today, or I’m not going to make it…….

I was just telling a mutual friend of ours about my lack of sleep. Even tho my gal now sleeps good I still don’t. I toss and turn, can’t fall asleep, can’t stay asleep. All the woulda, shoulda, couda’s run through my head. Plus there’s tomorrows list. I also have back pain. It is rare to meet a parent with a child with Autism who sleeps well. I always say my eyes look like a Bassett hounds. You are in good company my friend!
i am sorry about emmett but i am so glad YOU are going to take a NAP. he was up probably because of being stuffy and congested. just remember not to worry to much (unless he is the one with asthma) because if we are stuffy and congested we are going to be awake too and nyquil wont even keep me asleep when sick like that. Then if he is the one with asthma, just rememeber there are breathing treatments that you are used to and you have that as a option. I woke up really early this morning so if no one has asthma forget that part lol. TAKE A NAP WHILE THE BABIES ARE AT SCHOOL. THAT GOES FOR BOTH OF YOU with much love.
