My personal victory for the day

I wanted to pat myself on the back because I reached and exceeded my activity goal for today.  My goal for every day is 10,000 steps.  I usually get about 8,000 of those steps walking the track at the park.

Today I blew my goal out of the water.

I hit 17,084 steps and I’m really proud of myself. With everything I have going on, this isn’t easy to pull off.  I’d love to continue improving and break 20,000 steps.

If you would like to see my walk today, you can check it out at Fit4Autism. My workouts are updated daily and you can also join my Fit4Autism Team on Endomondo.

This was the highlight of my day and I’m looking forward to trying to beat this number on Wednesday.

i am so glad for you. i need to get off my butt. i hate all exercise and always have. i feel ripped off that i dont get the “runners high” or anything close to it. i have tried all kinds of exercise of the years and they all suck to me. I do need to lose a few pounds so you would think i would do something ughhh
