Very few things ever seem to go as expected. Lizze’s PT today was a bust because of a few reasons but basically the prescription was not right.
Hopefully this will get straightened out soon so she can reschedule.
It sucks when you mentally prepare for something, only to have it fall through at the last minute.

you are very welcome, my doctor told me to try it because we are running out of options with diet changes for pain relief
Hi Rob, I also live with Fibromyalgia and I know it sounds stupid but check into a low uric acid diet for Lizzie. It has helped alleviate some swelling and pain. There is no harm in trying this but it took a month to see some improvement.
