Shoutout to the people who lead with kindness—not for praise, not for likes—but because it’s simply who they are. After 25 years of raising my 3 autistic kids, this is what I’ve learned about dealing with my kids school. We’ve all been there. We’re sleep deprived and trying to get our kiddo to bed. They finally fall asleep and this happens. 😂
