I’m scared to death about parent teacher conferences in the morning

In the morning, Lizze and I will be attending parent teacher conferences for the first time this school year.  Elliott and Emmett are doing great and so we don't have anything to worry about with them.

OMG, you’re not going to believe what Gavin did today

Sometimes you have to take the good with the bad and celebrate any victories you can, no matter how small. Today was one of those days where I'm choosing to focus on the positives.

How are you doing? Really. You’ve probably heard someone say, “They’ll eat when they’re hungry.” But when a child is dealing with sensory challenges, fear, or ARFID, it’s not that simple. This is an incredible display of emotional intelligence. I don’t know who this kid is or the story behind it, but we can all learn something from this moment.
