Today’s Picture of the Day is one of Courage and Strength

Today has been one of the longest days ever. We had Gavin’s IVIG Infusion this morning and aside from a bit or drama on Gavin’s part, he did really well.

I have of course, said my share of prayers today but there’s a weird feeling of comfort that comes along with crossing ones fingers.

“Here’s the thing about being positive. Everyone always wants you to be positive but the truth is, sometimes it’s just not possible. Sometimes things are so bad or so overwhelming that no amount of positive thinking or even fairy dust, will make things anymore bearable.”

It’s not all that often that I can share some really positive news. I usually have to really look for the positive. However, this is the exception to that rule. Check it out. 🙂
