This should have posted about 2 hours before it did..

Gavin and I made it home after an exhausting day of travel and shit at the Cleveland Clinic.  We made it home safely but we were gone for five or six hours. I’m completely spent but Lizze and I still had to do the whole taking care of the kids and putting them to bed thing before I could finally relax a bit. 

Traffic was horrible on the way back and it was tough to keep my kind distracted after a good appointment that reminded me of some very bad news.

I’ll explain more in a bit.  I’m gonna hang with my wife and watch a few episodes of Vikings..
