In case you’re a little tardy to the party, Gavin and I had to make another trip to the Cleveland Clinic today. This was a follow-up with pediatric urology.
Gavin’s struggles with bladder issues. They refer to these issues as frequency and urgency.
These symptoms are a side effect of his antipsychotic medication, Clozapine. Anyway, we drove about three hours for a fifteen minute appointment but it’s totally worth it if this helps him.
The long and short of the matter is that Gavin will soon start a new medication that will help to relax his bladder and hopefully, reduce or eliminate the symptoms that have been making him so miserable.
