The fever part of the fever disorder has returned.  Emmett's officially running a fever along with having the mouth sores and he's absolutely miserable.  His poor little cheeks are beat red and I had to go retrieve some Advil and Tylenol from the Walgreens. Lizze was kind enough to let me sleep in this morning.  When I eventually came downstairs, it was utter chaos.  Elliott and Gavin were quietly drawing and having fun. However, Emmett was not.  Emmett has apparently been melting down since he woke up this morning. As soon as I got downstairs, I sent Lizze to bed so she could hide from the noise. What's the most rewarding part of parenting a child with #Autism? It's a pretty straightforward question that I would love for you to answer, as honestly as possible. I just wanted to drop you all a quick line and give you this week's status update of our CPS investigations. Unfortunately, there isn't a ton of news on this front.  However, I will be calling them in the morning to touch base and get an update.. We had to tell Gavin this evening that he must tell his invisible friends to stay in his room. This was a really awkward conversation to have with anyone, let alone your 13 year old son. While getting ready for bed tonight,  Gavin left his bedroom door open.  Because his door was left open, Elliott and Emmett were able to watch Gavin having a conversation with someone that wasn't there.  Lizze asked Gavin what he was doing and he responded with, "I'm telling Sonic about my day." At that point, Lizze and I spoke about how to address this.  We decided that for the sake of the greater good, Gavin would have to confine his invisible friends to his bedroom and keep them behind the closed door.  Gavin was really…
