You don’t see the sleepless nights. Often times, neurodivergent people communicate differently than neurotypical people. Those differences can easily be misunderstood and taken as rudeness or disrespect. More often than not, it’s simply a level of directness that most people aren’t accustomed to. Keep that in mind. 🫶❤️ Shoutout to the people who lead with kindness—not for praise, not for likes—but because it’s simply who they are.
