Lizze and I decided to take advantage of the 50° F weather and take the kids to the park. We walked about two miles and J didn’t have to carry anyone.

Thanks. Honestly, the weightloss journey is going but the batteries in my scale need replaced. I’m eating better and trying to be as active as I can.
