Can anyone relate to their child with #Autism losing or forgetting their tablet and the Universe imploding meltdowns that follow? Please tell me I'm not alone.....

When I questioned Gavin, he started to freak out. He began contorting his body and hitting himself in the head. I wasn't angry with him, just surprised by what he had done

Apparently Emmett didn't want anything to do with the pretzels and he went from doing fine to meltdown in a matter of seconds.

If your child only wants to wear that one shirt or those same pants every day… it’s not about being stubborn. It’s about sensory safety. As a dad, I love seeing this. This girl was clearly overwhelmed, exhausted, frustrated, hangry, or all of the above. Big other steps in and with classic big brother humor and instantly changed the course of her day. This was so amazing to watch and I dare you to watch this and not smile. 😊❤️🫶 Sometimes we feel powerless to fix the world.
