Halfway through the day, I’m doing pretty awesome. I’ve already reached some of my healthier living goals for today.

I’ve already exceeded my minimum goal of 60 minutes of activity and taken in 44oz of my 64oz of daily water. I’ve almost reached my bare minimum step goal of 6,000 steps for the day. Hitting 10,000 shouldn’t be a problem.

A few minutes ago, I finished up my first of two, thirty minute sessions on the treadmill. The second one will probably occur after dinner.

Food is sorta scarce right now cause I don’t get paid until tomorrow, at which point I’ll hit the grocery store and pick up the list of groceries Alexa has kindly helped me put together.

You can find my midday stats below.

I’m using S Health to both track and archive my fitness goals.
I use the Samsung Gear S3 Frontier to track my steps, heart rate and sleep.
Maggie is waiting for me to finish my workout.
