Today was the first day of the rest of my life, and I did awesome. I made good choices all day, and met all my goals.
I’ve set a goal of 6,000 steps per day. Once I reach that regularly, I’ll increase it by 1,000 steps. Again, this isn’t a measure of fitness, but it does measure activity.
My other goal is 60 minutes of physical activity, and two rounds on the treadmill per day. That’s just a starting point, and I’ll build from there. Remember, I’m setting reasonable and obtainable goals. ☺️
My calorie goal for right now is about 2,200 calories per day. As I increase my activity, I’ll need to increase my intake.
While these may seem like modest goals, everyone’s got to start somewhere. ☺
I use a combination of Samsung Health and myfitnesspal to track everything. I’m using my Gear S3 to track all my biometrics, but for some reason it wasn’t tracking floors today.
I’m really proud of myself and I’m feeling really motivated to continue improving. ☺
