I took the boys and the dog on a hike today

This afternoon I took the boys and Ruby to the park. We ended up going on a hike that took us about two miles. Lizze is battling the same migraine she's had for about 7ish years now. It's been a rough weekend for her and so we let her sleep. We learned one big thing along the way and that's Ruby definitely need some work when it comes to walking on the leash. This is a contributed post and therefore doesn't necessarily reflect the views and opinions of this blog or its author.  Not all activities available to the wider public are also available to children with autism, but this isn’t necessarily anything to do with the children themselves. Read more about the article We have become quite fascinated by our fish tank
We have become quite fascinated by our fish tank As a family, we have become enamored with the fish and little creatures in our fresh-water tank. We almost spend more time staring into this glass cube of water, than we do watching TV. Anyway, the boys love watching the fish, shrimp, snails and crayfish do their thing. It's absolutely relaxing and is quite easy to manage. Lizze and I find ourselves sitting on the couch at night, watching all the activities going in this aquatic environment. If you don't have an aquarium, I highly recommend it. Instant stress relief..

My back went out a few days ago but I don't remember doing anything that triggered it. I've been walking for the last few days because that's the only thing that has ever helped. It's been recommended that I see a chiropractor to help with my back. Walking has helped the muscle pain from all the compensation they've been doing to take the stress off my spine. That's a positive thing because I…
