It’s so hard to sleep anymore because I can’t shutdown

Even with the kids gone, I don't feel comfortable taking anything for sleep because there have been times where I'm needed for something in regards to the boys and I must be able to wake up.

Someday I'll have something to do or someone to hang out with when my kids are visiting their Mom but for now, this will have to do

Parents raising kids with disabilities don’t need your unsolicited judgment. Disagree? Fine. But pretending to know what’s best for someone else’s child crosses the line. You don’t know their journey or the choices they face. Let’s uplift each other, not tear each other down. RFK Jr is back sowing chaos in the autism community once again. A few weeks back RFK Jr and Donald Trump made bold, unsubstantiated claims that Tylenol use during pregnancy was linked to autism. This is despite the best available evidence and leading medical groups showing no causal link. Not only was this dangerous, reckless, and irresponsible but it sent the message to moms that their child being diagnosed with autism was their fault. Today’s gentle reminder
