I turned 47 today, and for a long time I honestly hated my birthday. The boys and I have been through so much over the last decade or so and somewhere along the way, I gave up on myself and stopped really living. I’ve been to some really dark places and had to fight my way back. Don’t forget to tell your kids that you’re proud of them. Life is so hard and this is especially true for our kids. They need to know that no matter what, you’re proud of them. It may seem like a simple words but the impact these simple words can have on our kids is massive. ❤️🫶😊 I’m just gonna leave this here. I know life isn’t easy. Parenting can be really challenging, especially when you’re raising a kid with autism but you got this. ❤️🙏🫶👍
