Why my son with #Autism and fragile health is stronger than I could ever be

"I don't understand why one child can have so many rare and extremely rare health problems. I don't understand why that same child needs to be burdened with major mental health challenges as well."

I fricking HATE time change and what it does to my kids with #Autism

Twice a year I climb up on my soap box and rant to the world about how much I hate time change. Do you know of why I hate time change so much?

So often people assume a child doesn’t have friends because they don’t always want to join the group. I came across this clip of this 2 year old upset and the caption was something like, if you're currently pregnant, this is what you have to look forward to in 2 years. I get the joke, as most parents would but I wanted to share a different take on this. What is the single biggest misconception about autism that you come across either in the general public or in the autism community itself?
