I've been trying to focus on myself this year. The idea is that I need to build myself back up after the events that changed my life forever and had me questioning my value

You’ve probably heard someone say, “They’ll eat when they’re hungry.” But when a child is dealing with sensory challenges, fear, or ARFID, it’s not that simple. This is an incredible display of emotional intelligence. I don’t know who this kid is or the story behind it, but we can all learn something from this moment. Just to give some context:
