Trying to figure out what's triggering certain behaviors or causing distress is sometimes a guessing game because my kids can't always just say what's bothering them. It's not that they don't want to either.  It's that they don't know how. (part 2)

Don’t forget to tell your kids that you’re proud of them. Life is so hard and this is especially true for our kids. They need to know that no matter what, you’re proud of them. It may seem like a simple words but the impact these simple words can have on our kids is massive. ❤️🫶😊 I’m just gonna leave this here. I know life isn’t easy. Parenting can be really challenging, especially when you’re raising a kid with autism but you got this. ❤️🙏🫶👍 One of the coolest things to happen to me this year was being followed by @steveburnsalive. Never in a million years would I have thought I could be so emotionally impacted by Steve from Blues Clues.
