Making some positive strides today

No Comments on Making some positive strides today

I woke up this morning to a message that Emmett’s ADHD medication was ready.  Dr. Reynolds office has totally got their shit together and I’m so grateful for the quick response.

The boys and I met my parents for a walk this morning at Stadium Park. I thought that would be a good start to the day.

I was hoping to get that done yesterday but it rained all day.

On the way back, we picked up Emmett’s medication and headed home.

I had a long phone call with my friend Joel Manzer of in regards to our upcoming podcast we are doing together with The Coffee Klatch.

Now I’m at occupational and physical therapy with Emmett for the next 1.5 hours or so.  After that it’s off to Dr. Pattie’s for regular therapy for the boys.

Emmett’s back on his meds and I’m starting to see a difference..

My goal is to get my 10,000 steps in, even though I was only able to do one lap because of the kids.

Baby steps towards my overall weight-loss goals..  ☺
