(Review) Bright Time Buddies – Night Time Lamp

I received this little character in exchange for some honest feedback.

You can purchase this little guy for your kiddos on Amazon by clicking here. They run about $20 a piece and would make a great gift for the little one in your life.  They come in a variety of characters to choose from.  Check all the characters out on Amazon by clicking here.

My kids have been wanting one of these forever and I’ve just never pulled the trigger and bought them one. When I had a chance to review the Bright Time Buddies, I was kind of excited because this would be a chance to try one out, with little or no risk.

I have to say that my kids love it.

I don’t really see what’s so exciting about this but at the end of the day, all that matters is that my kids are happy.

This thing cycles between a soft blue, red and green glow, automatically shutting off after one hour. This is a pretty cool way to light up their room at night without being too bright and making it hard to sleep.

The Bright Time Buddies are soft, rubbery and very portable.  They are a bit smaller than a water bottle but this makes it easy for kids to tote around with them.

This has only one button and it’s on the top of the head.  It’s easy to push and doesn’t require a great deal of strength or coordination for it to be pressed.  I know that matters to many families out there like mine.  😉

Bright Time Buddies run on 3 AAA batteries, which in theory should last quite awhile.

On the topic of batteries, I will say that if I were to buy this thing for $20, I’d like to see the 3 AAA batteries included. That’s my only real complaint about this thing.

I’ve read other reviews where adults are calling them creepy but I don’t see this as creepy at all.

As I said, at the end of the day, my kids are very happy with this night light. It’s not meant for grownups and so I’d have to honestly say that it delivers as promised.
