We just got back from my doctors appointment and I have both amazing news and not so amazing news to share.
The bad news is that since starting my second antidepressant a few months ago, I’ve put on more weight.
As a result, we changed my meds up and I’ll explain all about that in a later post.
The amazing news is that my triglycerides are down. I don’t mean just down either.. I mean DOWN….
They dropped by about 50 points, putting me well into the healthy range. This is really awesome and I’m so relieved. I’ve been worried abouty cholesterol for awhile now.
Everything looks good and aside from weight-loss, my doctor is happy. 😊
