Gavin had his first official Physical Therapy session

Today was Gavin’s first day of actual physical therapy.  I sat in the waiting room today because I had Emmett with me but Gavin said he did pretty awesome.

This is very different from what he would have received at Akron Children’s Hospital.

Gavin has more of an adult frame and he’s very weak.  For right now, they’re working in strength training and Gavin seems to really like it.

They even sent him home with a giant exercise rubber band and some exercises to do home.  He’s pretty excited..  ☺

Anyway, his first full session went really well and I’m so happy that he’s back at it.

I’ll try and snag a few pictures next week.  Hopefully, Emmett will be felling better and I can watch Gavin instead of watching Emmett.
