Another end to another challenging day. That’s become the status quo of late and I’ve just sorta gotten used to it being that way. Life with Autism in it can be very challenging.. Rewarding but also challenging.

That being said, tonight went down with relative smoothness.

Gavin was in bed before anyone else because he likes to watch people play video games on YouTube.  I don’t get the attraction but to each their own.  It makes him happy and that makes me happy.

After meds and the brushing of the teeth, Elliott and Emmett helped me trim the ferrets nails.  The ferrets actually do really well with nail timing and with the boys helping, we were finished in no time.  ☺

The ferrets have become such a big part of our daily lives, I don’t really remember not having them.

Spending time with the ferrets is the last thing the kids want to do before bed and the first thing they want to do when they wake up or get home from school.

Everyone is peacefully sleeping and I’m so grateful for that. I absolutely appreciate the positive ending to an otherwise challenging day.
