I had a great morning

It’s been a pretty awesome morning. I was able to get my walk in and while exhausting, it felt amazing. I walked about four miles with my Mom and it was a great way to start the day.

I’m feeling really motivated today and that’s exciting for me. ☺

I can’t wait to keep moving forward.

That’s fantastic- hopefully your newfound excitement pays off. I’ve lost 22 pounds since April and then plateaued. I realized I wasn’t pushing myself enough so last week I ramped it up and logged just over 50 miles for the week which translated to about 115k steps and 600 minutes of activity. My feet hurt (I have plantar fasciitis in both feet) but I feel fantastic. And the scale finally moved down a pound this morning. Huzzah!
