I’m returning to my walking routine this morning. My goal is at least three miles. I’ll be meeting up with my Mom for the walk, and I’m looking forward to it. 

I’m really making an effort to whip myself into shape, make better choices and be more active. Walking has proven to do wonders for me both emotionally and physically. Frankly, I could use a boost in both areas right now.
